Angels do not necessarily have to come from the Heaven, they can be present within humans themselves irrespective of race, religion and nationality. Apple is a symbol of knowledge, immortality, temptation, love and the fall of man and sin. From biting into an apple leading to the creation of the Earth to symbolizing the deterioration of all these qualities in man. The color gold is a symbol of extravagance, wealth and opulence. Water droplets symbolize various things but in my artwork it symbolizes survival. In the artwork, the angels are “mending” the rotten apple tree with their slight touch, gradually transforming it into a golden one.
