Imagine a talented musician who is battling a serious illness and struggling with memory loss. Due to his condition, he has unfortunately forgotten the melodies he once effortlessly played on his instrument. Dementia is when someone’s brain doesn’t work as well as it used to. It can make them forget things, have trouble talking or moving, and not know what’s going on around them. It’s like their brain is a little bit broken and they need help to remember things and do everyday tasks. We lost one of our beloved family members to this disease. May Allah save us all!
