It is a painting depicting the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. Two-thirds of the painting was enwrapped by thick texture, while the bottom part had transcription in Braille for visually impaired people to enable them to read the eternal declaration by the undisputed leader of Bangladesh and the Father of the Nation, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on 7 March 1971: ‘Our struggle is for our freedom, our struggle is for our independence….’
N.B. This is the first ever painting created in Bangladesh for the visually-impaired people.
