Children are the angels of heaven. They dream only of happiness— a world filled with light, laughter, and play. They do not know of war, but still, they fall victim to its cruel hands. Thousands of children have died, and more are dying every day. In the ancient truth of Yin and Yang, we learn that light is born from darkness, that peace and conflict are woven together— not to destroy one another, but to find harmony. Yet in this world, the balance has been lost. According to the Lakota, a white buffalo calf will be born— pure, sacred, and gentle— to restore the balance, to cleanse the world of sorrow and war, to return Yang’s warmth to the cold of Yin’s night. Has the calf been born yet? Are the children safe in this chaos? Children draw joy with crayons and chalk sunshine, butterflies, stars, and homes— their dreams of harmony in full color. But in reality, those dreams are fading, like ink in the rain. Let the white buffalo calf be visible. Let Yin and Yang come together again. Let the children’s drawings become real. Let the whispers of innocence rise like thunder, until even the darkest sky listens.
